If you wish to make a return, contact me with your ordernumber at Info@erikflodmark.com within 14 days from your order. Note that the item must be in its original shape and packaging, shipping cost is not included.
Shipping
The Standard rings are made to order, since we don't maintain all sizes in stock, we require a bit of time to prepare your order for shipment.
The Special rings are unique one of ones and will be ready to be shipped the next day.
National shipping (Sweden): Traceable delivery via Postnord 1-2 days - 61 SEK
EU shipping: Traceable delivery via Postnord 3-4 days - 152 SEK
USA shipping: Traceable delivery via postnord 5-6 days - 389 SEK
Note that taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
